We are looking for an experienced hair colorist who shares our eco-friendly values, cruelty-free practices, vegan principles, LGBTQAI+ friendliness, and commitment to environmental sustainability (Greencircle). As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in an inclusive and respectful environment while providing exceptional hair services to our diverse clientele.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding hair color and style.
- Perform high-end hair coloring services using eco-friendly and cruelty-free products.
- Offer personalized recommendations for hair color and care.
- Maintain a high level of technical skill and stay updated on current trends in hair styling and coloring.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for all clients, promoting inclusivity and respect for diversity.
- Actively participate in our salon’s environmental sustainability initiatives, including supporting our commitment to Greencircle.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience at every visit.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a hair colorist, with strong expertise in coloring and styling techniques.
- Commitment to eco-friendly values, environmental sustainability, animal respect, and LGBTQAI+ inclusivity.
- Proven ability to work with a diverse clientele and provide personalized service.
- Knowledge of vegan and cruelty-free coloring products, as well as environmentally friendly salon practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team spirit and willingness to contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Fluency in French is required; English is an asset.
